Receptionist/ Secretary
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
- Maintain and update all necessary records, files, and databases
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and communication
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Manage phone calls, emails, and general inquiries
Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience in an MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) construction company is preferred
Minimum Requirements:
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively
- Must be immediately available and currently in the UAE
