Responsibilities

  • Draft and manage correspondence, reports and documents
  • Maintain filing systems (digital and paper)
  • Schedule meetings, appointments and site visits
  • Handle construction-related documents such as contracts, tenders, drawings and permits
  • Liaise between site teams, sub-contractors, suppliers and head office
  • Answer phones, respond to emails and handle inquiries professionally

Qualifications

  • Min. 2 years of experience in secretarial role (ideally in construction)
  • Experience in the construction industry
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
