We are looking for a professional and experienced Secretary to join our team.

The ideal candidate must have proven experience in the field, particularly in courts, legal affairs, and related administrative work

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Secretary (preferably in legal offices, courts, or legal affairs departments).
  • Strong knowledge of legal documentation and procedures.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and office management systems.
  • Strong communication skills in English& Arabic.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing schedules, appointments, and correspondence.
  • Preparing and organizing legal documents and files.
  • Coordinating with courts, legal departments, and clients when necessary.
  • Ensuring efficient day-to-day administrative operations.
