We are looking for a full-time Secretary to join our office in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills, a professional attitude, and strong organizational abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars
- Assist with daily office administration
- Coordinate with clients and internal staff
- Maintain files and office records
Requirements:
- Female candidates preferred
- Native or near-native English proficiency (spoken & written)
- Professional appearance and communication skills
- Good computer skills (MS Office, email)
- Organized, reliable, and well-presented
