Full job description

We are looking for a full-time Secretary to join our office in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills, a professional attitude, and strong organizational abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Schedule meetings and manage calendars
  • Assist with daily office administration
  • Coordinate with clients and internal staff
  • Maintain files and office records

Requirements:

  • Female candidates preferred
  • Native or near-native English proficiency (spoken & written)
  • Professional appearance and communication skills
  • Good computer skills (MS Office, email)
  • Organized, reliable, and well-presented
