Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily salon operations and staff schedules
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and customer service
• Achieve monthly sales and service targets
• Train, motivate and supervise stylists, technicians, and reception staff
• Manage inventory and coordinate with suppliers
• Handle customer feedback, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction
• Develop marketing initiatives and promotional activities to attract clients

Requirements:

• Female candidates only (ladies’ salon)
• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in salon management in the UAE (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of beauty & wellness services
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Customer-oriented with ability to upsell services
• Ability to manage social media promotions is a plus
