Outdoor & Indoor Salesman – Auto Workshop

Job ResponsibilitiesOutdoor Sales:

• Visit corporate clients, fleet owners, garages, and insurance companies to generate new business
• Promote workshop services (mechanical, electrical, body repair, painting, servicing, etc.)
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Collect customer requirements and coordinate with workshop team
• Follow up on quotations, approvals, and payments
• Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis

Indoor Sales:

• Attend walk-in customers and phone inquiries
• Explain workshop services, packages, and offers
• Prepare quotations, job cards, and follow-ups
• Coordinate with technicians and service advisors
• Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
• Maintain sales records and customer database

Requirements

• 2–4 years experience in auto workshop or automobile sales
• Good communication skills (English required, Arabic is an advantage)
• Knowledge of vehicle spare parts and services
• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory for outdoor sales)
• Target-oriented and customer-focused
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
