Job Summary:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Sales Associate with 1 year of experience in a vape store. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of vaping products and trends, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for helping customers make informed choices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide expert advice on vaping products, e-liquids, devices, and accessories
• Assist customers in selecting products that meet their preferences and needs
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vaping trends, product features, and safety information
• Ensure compliance with age verification policies and local laws regarding vape sales
• Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system
• Restock shelves, manage inventory levels, and report low-stock items
• Handle customer questions, concerns, and returns professionally
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
• Educate new users on product usage, maintenance, and safety
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall store performance

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a vape store or related retail environment
• Strong knowledge of vaping devices, e-liquids, and accessories
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Responsible and detail-oriented, with the ability to follow health and safety guidelines
• Comfortable with technology, including POS systems and inventory software
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
