• Identify and approach potential clients for villa and apartment painting works.
• Generate leads through networking, calls, and site visits.
• Meet clients to explain painting solutions, materials, and work process.
• Prepare and submit quotations in coordination with the company.
• Negotiate and finalize painting projects with clients.
• Maintain good relationship with customers to get repeat and referral business.
• Work closely with operations team to ensure smooth project execution.
