• Set performance benchmarks and track individual and team achievements.
• Support team members in overcoming obstacles.
• Mentor and coach team members to enhance productivity.
• Ensure team members adhere to company policies and industry regulations.
• Meeting potential customers to inform them about the Forex Trading Platform Products /Services offered.
• Set clear, measurable team targets in line with organizational objectives
• Also responsible for onboarding new clients & achieving the Sales target of Initial Deposits on monthly basis.
• Provide direction, support, and motivation to team members.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 – AED8,000.00 per month
