Position Overview
We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Real Estate Sales Team Leader to lead our growing team of property consultants. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Dubai’s real estate market, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive sales performance through motivation, training, and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of real estate agents to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company goals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, clients, and investors.
- Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure high standards of professionalism and compliance with RERA regulations.
- Support the marketing team in creating promotional campaigns to generate quality leads.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of real estate sales experience in Dubai (managerial experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market, developers, and property laws.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
- RERA certification (preferred or must be obtained within probation).
- Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and digital sales tools.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
