Sales Team Leader

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Real Estate Team Leader with a strong background in off-plan property sales in Dubai. This leadership role requires an individual who can guide and support a high-performing team, foster client relationships, and drive sales in a competitive market. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales, with a focus on off-plan properties, and a proven ability to lead and grow a sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Team: Manage, motivate, and train a team of agents to hit sales targets.
  • Drive Sales: Lead by example in selling off-plan properties and building new business.
  • Client Relationships: Build strong relationships with clients and help them find the right off-plan investments.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay updated on market trends and new off-plan developments.
  • Reporting: Track team performance and provide regular sales reports.

Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in real estate sales, with 1+ year in a leadership role focusing on off-plan properties.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and sales skills. Knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market is a must.
  • Language: Fluent in English .
  • Education: A degree in real estate, business, or a related field is preferred.
