Sultan Property Real Estate LLC, a well-established real estate company in Ras Al Khaimah, is seeking a Sales Support Supervisor to oversee and enhance our sales administration and support functions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth coordination between sales teams, management, and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the sales, lease and sales support/administration team
- Coordinate daily sales operations and ensure timely follow-ups
- Prepare and review sales reports, listings, and documentation
- Support sales agents with CRM updates, client records, and contracts
- Liaise with sales, leasing, and property management teams
- Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations
- Monitor lead allocation, tracking, and conversion performance
- Assist management with sales analysis and operational improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in real estate sales support or administration (UAE experience preferred)
- Prior supervisory or team-leading experience
- Strong knowledge of UAE real estate processes and documentation
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
