Role Overview:

Orbit International Survey Services (Orbit ISS) is seeking a highly motivated Technical Sales & Procurement Executive with proven expertise in the oil & gas industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through technical sales, client relationship management, and procurement support. This role requires hands-on proficiency in CRM tools, vendor management, and technical service sales, with a demonstrated ability to achieve results in a competitive market.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within the oil & gas and industrial sectors.
  • Promote and sell company services while ensuring compliance with client requirements and industry standards.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for all sales activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams on proposals, quotations, and service delivery.
  • Develop and deliver professional presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.
  • Manage CRM platforms to track leads, opportunities, client communications, and overall sales performance.
  • Collaborate with procurement teams on vendor registration, tender submissions, and sourcing activities.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to support business growth.
  • Represent the company in client meetings, exhibitions, and networking events.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 4–8 years of sales and procurement/marketing experience, preferably within the oil & gas sector.
  • Strong knowledge of technical services, inspection, TPI, or related industrial solutions.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
  • Familiarity with procurement processes, vendor registrations, and tendering procedures.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Arabic language proficiency is an advantage.
  • Experience with Third-Party Inspection (TPI), Engineering Consultancy, or Industrial Services companies.
  • Exposure to international clients across oilfields, marine, or renewable energy sectors.
