Job Title: Sales & Patient Coordinator
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in a medical or aesthetic center

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and confident Sales & Patient Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in a medical or aesthetic clinic, strong sales and communication skills, and a passion for providing excellent patient service.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome patients and provide detailed information about services and treatments.
• Handle inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and social media.
• Convert leads into confirmed appointments and ensure a high booking rate.
• Follow up with potential and existing patients to build long-term relationships.
• Support doctors by preparing patient files and managing treatment schedules.
• Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to marketing campaigns.
• Ensure patient satisfaction and handle feedback professionally.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or patient coordination role within a medical or cosmetic clinic.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (additional languages are an advantage).
• Strong sales, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Presentable, organized, and goal-oriented personality.
• Good computer skills and familiarity with clinic management systems.
