We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow sales within the beauty salon sector in the UAE. The role includes managing key accounts, leading a sales team, and maintaining a strong field presence, with approximately 70% of the time spent visiting salons and key customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow key accounts within the beauty salon channel
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
  • Spend around 70% of working time in the field with customers and the sales team
  • Build strong relationships with salon owners, managers, and operations team
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
  • Set sales targets, monitor performance, and ensure achievement of KPIs
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective execution of sales plans

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the beauty industry
  • Strong experience working with beauty salons in the UAE
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and develop a sales team
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Willingness to spend significant time in the field
  • Valid UAE driving license
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
