We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow sales within the beauty salon sector in the UAE. The role includes managing key accounts, leading a sales team, and maintaining a strong field presence, with approximately 70% of the time spent visiting salons and key customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow key accounts within the beauty salon channel
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
- Spend around 70% of working time in the field with customers and the sales team
- Build strong relationships with salon owners, managers, and operations team
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
- Set sales targets, monitor performance, and ensure achievement of KPIs
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective execution of sales plans
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the beauty industry
- Strong experience working with beauty salons in the UAE
- Demonstrated ability to manage and develop a sales team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Willingness to spend significant time in the field
- Valid UAE driving license
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
