We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales & Operations Manager to join our automotive service division specializing in PPF, car wrapping, and laminating services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the PPF and wrapping services.
• Lead and supervise the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Develop strategic partnerships and grow client base (retail and corporate).
• Handle customer satisfaction, service quality, and workflow efficiency.
• Work closely with marketing to develop promotions and lead generation.
• Ensure smooth coordination between service, installation, and logistics teams.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive industry, specifically with PPF, car wrapping, or related services.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• UAE driving license is preferred.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
