The Role

You’ll take ownership of both sales development and day-to-day operations including:

  • Winning and servicing commercial and industrial B2B clients – Cafes, Restaurants, Hotels, Catering Companies, etc.
  • Quoting and supplying solutions from a wide range of equipment and accessories.
  • Managing inbound freight and warehousing functions (receiving, dispatch, inventory).
  • Handling urgent requests, minor deliveries, and keeping the shed running smoothly.
  • Building strong local relationships and growing the business in a smart, service-driven way.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on variety, takes ownership, and wants to grow with a company that’s serious about the long game.

Who You Are

You’re likely:

  • Experienced in Coffee and Hospitality trade-based sales,
  • Hands-on and grounded – you’re not above manual work or solving problems on the fly.
  • A relationship builder with solid product knowledge and commercial common sense.
  • Organised and reliable, with a strong sense of personal accountability.
  • Capable of working independently while staying connected to the broader team.
  • Physically capable and happy to jump on a forklift, stack shelves, or handle urgent deliveries when needed.

You will require a UAE drivers licence and prior experience in the abovementioned field.
