Responsibilities:

  • Ensure excellent service to customers regarding their orders.
  • Follow up with customers for scheduling payment collections.
  • Resolve customer complaints and feedback quickly and efficiently.
  • Maintain and update sales data, databases, and reports in Excel.
  • Share customer reports with management.
  • Create salespersons’ performance reports (targets, incentives, working metrics).
  • Prepare production and sales reports for management.
  • Coordinate internally with the sales team to ensure smooth backend operations.
  • Assist with administrative and operational tasks for the sales department.

Requirements:

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, etc.).
  • Proficient in email communication.
  • Well-spoken and able to build a good rapport with customer representatives.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle backend sales data efficiently.
  • Prior experience in sales support, coordination, or administrative role preferred.
