Responsibilities:
- Ensure excellent service to customers regarding their orders.
- Follow up with customers for scheduling payment collections.
- Resolve customer complaints and feedback quickly and efficiently.
- Maintain and update sales data, databases, and reports in Excel.
- Share customer reports with management.
- Create salespersons’ performance reports (targets, incentives, working metrics).
- Prepare production and sales reports for management.
- Coordinate internally with the sales team to ensure smooth backend operations.
- Assist with administrative and operational tasks for the sales department.
Requirements:
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, etc.).
- Proficient in email communication.
- Well-spoken and able to build a good rapport with customer representatives.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle backend sales data efficiently.
- Prior experience in sales support, coordination, or administrative role preferred.
