We are seeking a Sales & Operations Coordinator with a strong event registrations background and solid technical knowledge to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is resourceful, client-facing, and thrives in dynamic event environments. You will play a key role in managing onsite event setups, supporting sales operations, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring smooth execution of registration services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onsite Event Setup: Coordinate and manage registration desk setup, technical systems, and equipment for events.
- Client Servicing: Act as the point of contact for clients during events, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution.
- Technical Support: Handle event tech systems, troubleshoot errors quickly, and provide real-time solutions.
- Sales Coordination: Assist the sales team with client requirements, proposals, and operational follow-ups.
- Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve operational or technical challenges during events.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, tech, and operations teams to ensure seamless event delivery.
- Reporting: Provide post-event reports, feedback, and learnings to improve future operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Prior experience in events, registrations, or ticketing industry is a must.
- Strong technical knowledge (registration systems, ticketing platforms, hardware/software troubleshooting).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly under pressure.
- Strong communication & client-handling skills.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to dynamic work demands.
- Positive attitude, proactive approach, and team player.
- Flexibility to work onsite and travel as required.
