Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and result-driven Sales Officer to join our team. This role requires a professional who can manage hotel travel desks, engage with clients, and proactively generate business. The Sales Officer will be responsible for driving revenue, building strong relationships with clients, and promoting our Dubai tourism services effectively.

The ideal candidate will have UAE experience in tourism or travel sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations at hotel travel desks, assisting walk-in guests and inquiries.
• Promote and sell Dubai tours, excursions, and airport transfer services to clients.
• Develop new business opportunities by visiting travel agents, corporate clients, and other potential partners.
• Handle daily inquiries, prepare quotations, and ensure timely follow-up to close sales.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and bookings.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout their journey.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless delivery of services.
• Represent the company professionally at all times.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the UAE in tourism, travel, or hospitality sales.
• Proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic, self-motivated, and target-driven personality.
• Good knowledge of Dubai attractions, tours, and transfer services.
• UAE Driving License preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Open to both male and female candidates.
