Job Title: Sales Executive – Personal Loans
Location: Dubai
Job Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Acquire new clients for personal loans through field visits, calls, and referrals.
- Promote and sell personal loan products to salaried individuals and professionals.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Ensure all documentation, KYC, and compliance requirements are met.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings to maximize sales opportunities.
- Dynamic, energetic, self-motivated, and field-ready.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- 1–3 years’ experience in sales, preferably in banking or financial services.
- Strong loan sales skills including:
- Prospecting, pitching, and closing personal loan deals.
- Cross-selling and upselling financial products.
- Customer need assessment and solution selling.
- Strong follow-up and client retention skills.
- Knowledge of loan eligibility, credit checks, and approval processes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
