Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers, providing an exceptional in-store experience.
  • Understand client preferences and recommend the perfect floral and gift arrangements.
  • Share product knowledge with confidence to guide customer choices.
  • Deliver professional and personalized customer service in line with our brand standards.
  • Handle transactions accurately using POS systems.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment.
  • Assist with visual merchandising and creative product displays.

What We’re Looking For

  • Fluency in English, Arabic / Russian is required.
  • Previous retail, hospitality, luxury sales, or flower shop experience is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills—confident, approachable, and professional.
  • Positive attitude, team-oriented, and passionate about customer service.
  • Must be available to join immediately.
