Full job description

* High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)

* Proven experience in sales, merchandising, or retail (preferred)

* Strong communication and negotiation skills

* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

* Basic knowledge of sales reporting and inventory management

* Physically able to stand for long periods and handle merchandise

* Willingness to travel between store locations
