Full job description
Sales Duties:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to clients.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, pricing trends, and competitor activities.
- Provide timely sales reports, forecasts, and feedback to management.
Marketing Duties:
- Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns (online and offline).
- Create and manage content for social media, email marketing, and other digital platforms.
- Monitor and report on marketing performance using analytics tools.
- Participate in brand promotion activities, events, and trade shows.
- Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Support the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and product sheets.
