Industry: Healthcare Training & Vocational Courses Institute
Location: Dubai, UAE

We are looking for a result-driven Sales & Marketing Executive / Call Responder to handle inquiries, follow up on leads, convert prospects into enrollments, and support marketing activities for our healthcare training institute.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, website & social media inquiries
  • Respond to inquiries professionally and provide accurate course information
  • Perform regular follow-ups with leads until closure
  • Convert leads into confirmed registrations/enrollments
  • Maintain and update lead database / CRM / Excel records
  • Coordinate with marketing team for lead generation campaigns
  • Support promotion of courses, offers, and schedules
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams regarding student status
  • Prepare daily and weekly sales & follow-up reports
  • Maintain professional communication and customer service standards

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, tele-sales, admissions, or customer handling
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Excellent spoken and written English (Arabic is an advantage)
  • Experience with CRM systems, Excel, or lead tracking tools
  • Ability to manage multiple inquiries and work with targets
  • Professional phone etiquette and positive attitude
  • Experience in healthcare, education, or Vocational Courses Institute is preferred
