Industry: Healthcare Training & Vocational Courses Institute
Location: Dubai, UAE
We are looking for a result-driven Sales & Marketing Executive / Call Responder to handle inquiries, follow up on leads, convert prospects into enrollments, and support marketing activities for our healthcare training institute.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, website & social media inquiries
- Respond to inquiries professionally and provide accurate course information
- Perform regular follow-ups with leads until closure
- Convert leads into confirmed registrations/enrollments
- Maintain and update lead database / CRM / Excel records
- Coordinate with marketing team for lead generation campaigns
- Support promotion of courses, offers, and schedules
- Communicate effectively with internal teams regarding student status
- Prepare daily and weekly sales & follow-up reports
- Maintain professional communication and customer service standards
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, tele-sales, admissions, or customer handling
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Excellent spoken and written English (Arabic is an advantage)
- Experience with CRM systems, Excel, or lead tracking tools
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries and work with targets
- Professional phone etiquette and positive attitude
- Experience in healthcare, education, or Vocational Courses Institute is preferred
