Job Description:

RDRK Events is seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our event management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, promoting event services, and building strong client relationships across the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell event management services to corporate and individual clients
• Generate new business leads through field sales, calls, meetings, and networking
• Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings and achieve sales targets
• Prepare proposals and coordinate with internal teams for smooth event execution
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
• Identify market trends and new sales opportunities
• Support marketing and promotional activities

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of sales & marketing experience in the UAE (event industry experience preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
• Good knowledge of the UAE market
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and confident personality
• UAE driving license is an added advantage

Salary & Benefits:

• AED 3,000 per month
