We are looking for a results-driven Fit-Out Sales Executive to join our growing interior fit-out company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing client relationships, and closing interior fit-out projects across commercial and residential sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for interior fit-out projects (office, retail, residential, F&B).
- Meet potential clients, consultants, contractors, and developers to promote company services.
- Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and BOQs in coordination with the design and estimation team.
- Conduct site visits and client meetings to understand project requirements.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close sales deals as per company targets.
- Maintain and update client database and sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams for smooth handover after project award.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and upcoming projects in the UAE.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in interior fit-out or construction sales (UAE experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of fit-out works including gypsum, carpentry, MEP, and finishing materials.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Valid UAE driving license preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office; CRM knowledge is an advantage.
