Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Manager to lead revenue growth for our wellness and aesthetic services. Candidates with a background in Dietetics or Physiotherapy will be preferred, along with proven experience in sales, client conversion, and team management.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of wellness, slimming, fitness, and therapy packages
- Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets
- Convert walk-in, inquiry, and lead-generated clients into paid programs
- Build and manage relationships with new and existing clients
- Counsel clients on suitable programs in coordination with dieticians/physios
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the sales and front-desk team
- Plan promotions, offers, and sales campaigns to boost revenue
- Maintain accurate sales reports, MIS, and performance tracking
- Coordinate with operations and clinical teams for smooth service delivery
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in wellness, healthcare, or fitness industry
- Dietician or Physiotherapy background preferred
- Strong client counseling and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented with excellent conversion ratios
- Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Comfortable with CRM, MIS, and sales reporting
- Leadership skills with the ability to drive team performance
Experience & Qualification
- Minimum 3–6 years of relevant sales experience
- Experience in wellness / slimming / physiotherapy / aesthetic clinics is an advantage
