Hadramout real estate , a fast-growing real estate brokerage company in Ajman, is looking to hire an experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to join our team on a contractual basis. The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in Ajman real estate sector and the leadership skills to drive sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase property sales and revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and developers.
  • Oversee property listings, marketing campaigns, and client presentations.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and competitive trends.
  • Provide training, mentoring, and performance evaluation for sales agents.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in real estate sales management .
  • Strong knowledge of Ajman real estate market, freehold/leasehold areas, and key developers.
  • Valid RERA Broker Card/License is highly preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to develop strategies and achieve measurable sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, and digital marketing tools.
  • Strong client management and closing skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within deadlines.
