Overview of the Role:
We are looking for a results driven Sales Manager – OES Parts to lead and expand our OES / IAM business across all Trade Point Counter locations. This role is ideal for a commercial leader with deep OES market knowledge, strong customer relationship skills, and a passion for developing high-performing sales teams.
You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, increasing market share, developing strategic customer relationships, and ensuring consistent sales excellence across the region.

What you will do:

  • Achieve annual and monthly OES sales and profitability targets.
  • Drive market penetration and expansion across all TPC locations.
  • Build and grow the OES customer base, including resellers and large workshop accounts.
  • Develop strong, long-term partnerships with key customers.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
  • Oversee customer credit limit reviews and account receivables compliance.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Sales Supervisors and Field Sales Executives.
  • Conduct field visits to ensure sales standards, compliance, and execution excellence.
  • Provide coaching, training, and development to enhance team performance.
  • Monitor sales KPIs, analyze performance trends, and implement corrective actions.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and market analysis activities.
  • Collaborate with product, finance, operations, and supply chain teams.
  • Contribute to product planning, pricing, and OES product footprint expansion.

Required skills to be successful:

  • Ability to analyse sales performance, pricing strategies, and profitability to drive sustainable business growth.
  • Deep understanding of the automotive aftermarket, customer segments, competitors, and product positioning.
  • Proven experience in leading, coaching, and motivating sales teams to achieve targets and maintain high performance.
  • Ability to build long-term partnerships, resolve issues effectively, and negotiate competitive deals that meet customer needs and business objectives.

What equips you for the role:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; a Master’s degree is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Strong knowledge of OES with proven hands-on experience.
