Role Purpose:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving and exceeding sales targets, driving market growth, and building a strong customer network in the motorcycle and powersports segment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve/exceed sales targets and expand market share.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
- Lead, coach, and motivate sales teams with clear KPIs and performance monitoring.
- Train sales staff to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships while handling escalations.
- Deliver accurate reports, forecasts, and presentations to management.
- Ensure effective use of CRM, ERP, and digital sales tools to maximize efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in motorcycles/powersports or automotive sector.
- Strong understanding of motorcycles, market trends, and competitor dynamics.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM, ERP, and digital sales tools.
- Strong communication, presentation, and reporting skills.
- Customer-focused with ability to build long-term business relationships.
- UAE Motorcycle License is mandatory.
- Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Passion for powersports and motorcycles.
