Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager – Fit-Out to lead business development and sales operations across interior fit-out projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong market knowledge, a solid client network, and proven experience handling commercial and residential fit-out projects from lead generation to project handover.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in commercial, residential, retail, and hospitality fit-out projects
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and developers
  • Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, tenders, and commercial offers
  • Coordinate with estimation, design, and project teams to ensure accurate costing and timely submissions
  • Track market trends, competitors, and upcoming projects in the UAE
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates for management
  • Attend client meetings, site visits, and industry networking events

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
  • Minimum 5–8 years of sales experience in interior fit-out / contracting companies in the UAE
  • Strong knowledge of UAE fit-out market, pricing, and project cycles
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)
  • Strong leadership and team coordination abilities

  • Experience handling high-value fit-out projects
  • Established client and consultant network in the UAE
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • CRM and MS Office proficiency
