Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of property consultants to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Oversee the full sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure—ensuring a seamless client experience.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and strategic partners.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer need to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, RERA regulations, and industry standards.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager in real estate (UAE market experience).
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a high‑performing team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Deep understanding of the Abu Dhabi and Dubai real estate markets.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet ambitious targets.
  • Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
  • Fluency in English & Arabic
