Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of property consultants to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company goals.
- Oversee the full sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure—ensuring a seamless client experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and strategic partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer need to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, RERA regulations, and industry standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in real estate (UAE market experience).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a high‑performing team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Deep understanding of the Abu Dhabi and Dubai real estate markets.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet ambitious targets.
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
- Fluency in English & Arabic
