Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to maximize market share in the UAE and GCC region.
- Team Management: Lead, coach, and motivate a sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
- Business Development: Identify new opportunities with industrial customers and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, developers, and consultants.
- Technical Proposal Management: Oversee the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, ensuring they meet client specifications and company profitability goals.
- Market Analysis: Monitor competitor activities, industry trends, and market conditions to refine sales strategies.
- Sales Operations: Use CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, SAP-C4C) to track performance, manage the sales pipeline, and provide accurate forecasts to senior management.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: Typically 3–7 years of sales experience in the air compressor or industrial air compressor industry, with a proven track record in the UAE or Middle East market.
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of compressed air technology (oil-free, turbo, centrifugal), industry standards (API codes), and system applications.
- Commercial Acumen: Expertise in negotiation, contract closing, and understanding EPC/O&G regulations.
- Communication: Fluency in English is required; Arabic is often preferred for local market engagement.
- Mobility: A valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel frequently within the region.
