Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and oversee performance across multiple projects. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Dubai’s real estate market and a proven ability to mentor agents, close deals, and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals and market trends.
- Generate and maintain relationships with clients, developers, and key partners.
- Oversee property presentations, negotiations, and closing procedures.
- Monitor market movements and competitor activities to adjust sales tactics.
- Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (2 years) as Sales Manager or Senior Property Consultant in the real estate sector (UAE experience preferred).
- Valid UAE Driver’s License
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Dubai real estate market and off-plan projects.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
