Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow sales
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue through birthday parties, school trips, corporate events, memberships, and partnerships while building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Generate leads and close sales for birthday parties, events, school bookings, and group packages
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, corporates, malls, and community partners
- Manage the full sales cycle from inquiry to closing and post-event follow-up
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
- Coordinate with operations and marketing teams to ensure smooth event execution
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and promotional activities
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team (if applicable)
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Sales Executive (experience in kids play areas, entertainment, hospitality, or events is an advantage)
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Target-driven with a strong customer-centric mindset
- Ability to work weekends and flexible hours as required
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
- UAE experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
