Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various industries in Abu Dhabi and the UAE.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and offering effective digital marketing solutions (social media, SEO, PPC, content marketing, branding, etc.).
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery of services and client satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to refine sales strategies.
- Manage the sales pipeline, prepare regular reports, and forecast revenue performance.
- Attend networking events, exhibitions, and business forums to promote the agency’s services.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- 1+ years of proven sales experience in the UAE, preferably within a digital marketing or advertising agency.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing services and solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong business network in Abu Dhabi and UAE markets.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and exceed sales targets.
- Arabic and English fluency.
