We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, grow revenue, and expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in Printing Industry.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Target-driven with excellent business development skills.
