About The Role
We are looking for a Sales Manager – New Business to join our sales team. You will use your proven experience to lead a quota carrying team of sales professionals within the UAE market.
You will be responsible for leading your team to success; driving revenue, engagement, new customer acquisition, and supporting them in achieving their targets.
You’ll Be Responsible For
- Leading a sales team to achieve their weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets
- Owning the sales pipeline from lead generation to closing
- Coaching team members on prospecting, objection handling, demos, storytelling, and closing
- Running daily huddles, weekly performance reviews, and ensuring strong activity discipline
- Monitoring and reporting on the team’s progress towards targets and KPIs
- Demonstrating best-in-class sales practice
- Supporting hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members
- Ensuring CRM hygiene, pipeline accuracy, and forecasting
About You
- You will have proven experience within an outbound sales environment, with experience in a leadership role
- You have experience with coaching and mentoring quota carrying sales team
- You possess natural communication and leadership skills, and can recognise and reward great performance within the team, whilst being able to navigate through challenging performance periods
- You thrive working in a fast paced environment and have an open mind when it comes to the changing environment a scale-up can sometimes bring
- You love tackling difficult challenges, with a positive attitude, and always strive to find the best solution whilst leading by example
