Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets within the advertising and signage industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the signage, printing, and advertising market.
• Maintain strong relationships with key clients and corporate accounts.
• Oversee project quotations, pricing, and negotiations to close profitable deals.
• Collaborate with the design, production, and installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends and competitors’ activities to identify new opportunities.
• Prepare regular sales reports and present performance updates to management.
• Train and mentor new sales staff to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management within the advertising, signage, or printing industry.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Excellent client relationship management and business development abilities.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Proficiency in English (Arabic or Hindi is an advantage).
