Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Manage and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance.
- Identify and build relationships with new B2B and retail customers.
- Oversee daily sales operations, including quotations, follow-ups, and order processing.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance updates for management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales (auto spare parts industry preferred).
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of car makes, models, and spare parts.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic CRM tools.
- Fluent in English (Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is a plus).
- Valid UAE driving license preferred.
