About the Role:
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with Sobha Realty. As a Sales Manager, you will lead the end-to-end sales process within the luxury real estate market. Your key responsibilities will include driving sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, engaging with high-value clients, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
What we are looking for:
- Proven track record in sales management (luxury real estate experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Dubai’s property market
- Fluency in English (Dutch, German, Polish, Turkish, French, Chinese, or Japanese is a strong advantage)
- Strong background in developing and executing sales strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in off-plan sales
- UAE Driving License
