Job Description:
Luxury Excellence Real Estate is looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in Dubai’s property market. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of off-plan, secondary, and commercial real estate, and the ability to lead a successful sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate a team of real estate agents to achieve monthly targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies for off-plan, secondary, and commercial projects.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, developers, and investors.
- Oversee negotiations and deal closures.
- Stay updated on Dubai’s property trends and market movements.
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of real estate sales experience in Dubai.
- RERA Card – Mandatory.
- UAE Driving License and own car (Preferred).
- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Dubai’s property market (off-plan, secondary, and commercial).
