Full job description
- Oversee the performance of active agents registered on the company’s sales portal, ensuring consistent engagement and achievement of sales objectives.
- Lead and manage the sales team to maintain effective, professional, and result-oriented communication with agents across all regions.
- Conduct daily sales meetings to gather real-time market updates, address challenges, and motivate the team for a productive workday.
- Coordinate with Heads of Departments (HODs) to collect key operational information and communicate relevant updates clearly to the sales team.
- Work closely with the marketing department to develop and implement weekly promotional materials and campaigns for target products.
- Collaborate with the accounts team to ensure that agent credits are regularly reviewed and cleared to avoid financial discrepancies.
- Liaise with the product management team to promptly report, track, and resolve any portal-related issues affecting agent or team performance.
- Monitor daily product sales performance to analyze trends, assess demand patterns, and develop proactive sales strategies to create new market demand.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agents by ensuring smooth coordination, competitive pricing, and consistent operational support.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the company’s agent base and increase market share.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and actionable improvement plans.
- Train, mentor, and groom newly hired sales team members to ensure they are fully equipped with product knowledge, system understanding, and sales techniques
