Your Role


  • Lead the full sales cycle for OMNIYAT’s flagship developments, from presentation to closure.
  • Deliver an exceptional client experience, ensuring every touchpoint reflects our uncompromising standards.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with investors, partners, and luxury brokers.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Development, and Operations teams to align strategy and execution.
  • Analyse market dynamics to identify opportunities and craft bespoke sales strategies for each project.

  • Proven track record in high-value real estate sales, preferably within Dubai’s luxury segment.
  • Sophisticated communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with HNWIs.
  • Deep understanding of the ultra-prime real estate market and investor expectations.
  • A polished, articulate, and confident professional who thrives in exclusive circles.
