Sales Manager

In this Role, you’ll get to:

  • Manage and achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets for Virtual Commercial Cards within the region.
  • Oversee the full sales cycle, including market planning, opportunity identification, market development, sales execution, and relationship management.
  • Collaborate with internal support teams to ensure exceptional customer service, product performance, and user experience.
  • Gather and integrate customer feedback to continuously enhance product and service offerings.
  • Conduct quarterly and annual performance reviews with customers.
  • Stay updated on the latest product knowledge, operational requirements, and compliance regulations.
  • Work independently as a contributor, managing all sales-related activities.

What you’ll Need to Succeed:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Virtual Commercial Card-related role within the B2B or B2B2C sector.
  • Experience in travel management or e-commerce industries is a strong advantage.
  • Demonstrated willingness to learn and grow a career in Fintech, particularly in sales and business development.
  • Strong understanding of sales metrics, with the ability to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Excellent logical thinking, analytical, execution, and communication skills.
  • Solid compliance awareness and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Willingness to travel regionally once cross-border travel restrictions are lifted.
