Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to promote travel and tourism services.
- Manage client relationships and generate new business opportunities.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management.
- Stay updated with UAE travel regulations, tourism trends, and competitor activities.
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Travel & Tourism sales within the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of tourism services, packages, and UAE market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to build strong client networks and maintain long-term relationships.
- Goal-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is an advantage.
