Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Sales Logistics Coordinator role located in Dubai at Abrao LLC. The Sales Logistics Coordinator will support our operations with order processing, managing sales orders, coordinating shipments, handling import/export documentation, and ensuring timely delivery of goods to customers.. You will work closely with distributors, retailers, and internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process sales orders and coordinate with suppliers and customers.
  • Prepare reports, process customer orders and negotiate prices with suppliers.
  • Manage import/export logistics with freight forwarders and shipping partners.
  • Prepare shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, COO, BL/AWB, etc.)
  • Coordinate with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
  • Track shipments and update internal teams and customers regarding delivery status.
  • Ensure timely dispatch of goods from suppliers to customers through efficient logistics planning.
  • Support sales team with forecasts, stock updates, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and inventory teams.
  • Maintain ERP/CRM records and prepare sales & logistics reports.

Requirements

  • Experience in trading, import/export, logistics, or sales coordination.
  • Experience in Horeca/FMCG industry is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Incoterms, shipping documentation, and customs procedures.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced trading environment
  • Proficiency in Excel/MS Office is a must; knowledge of ERP/CRM systems is an advantage

Qualifications

  • Multilingual Skills.
  • Experience in the hospitality industry or related field is a must.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
