Full job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and social media.
  • Assist in lead generation and maintaining client databases.
  • Support the sales team in preparing proposals and presentations.
  • Understand client needs and match them with Settlerz services.
  • Follow up with prospects to ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to enhance client experience.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong motivation to learn and contribute to a growing business.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
  • Based in Abu Dhabi or familiar with the UAE market.
  • Prior sales or customer service experience (preferred but not required).
  • English and Hindi required
