Job Description
Cromex is looking for a talented and results-driven Sales Executive with a strong background in both ATL and BTL advertising. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in business development, client management, and delivering creative advertising solutions across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, generate, and pursue new business opportunities across media, events, and advertising sectors.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure continued business growth.
  • Create tailored proposals and compelling sales presentations.
  • Coordinate with creative, production, and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, client communication, and sales performance.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of proven sales experience in the advertising industry.
  • Strong understanding of ATL (multimedia, video, print) and BTL (events, activations, direct marketing) strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a bonus).
  • UAE driving license preferred.
